SMS Messaging Program
Last updated April 16, 2026
Anthuria AI Inc (doing business as Anthuria) operates an SMS messaging program to deliver operational patient-safety alerts to clinical and administrative staff at skilled nursing facilities that use our platform. This page describes the program, how enrollment works, and how recipients can opt out.
Program purpose
Messages notify recipients of potential patient-safety incidents — such as possible abuse, neglect, or unwanted behavior — at the facility where the recipient works, so that staff can respond quickly. Only operational alerts are sent through this program. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
How enrollment works
Facility operators that contract with Anthuria provide staff contact information to us after obtaining employee consent as part of employment onboarding, consistent with our Master Services Agreement. Individuals do not enroll themselves in this program; enrollment is managed by the employing facility operator. To have your number removed from the program, contact your facility administrator or reply STOP to any message (see below).
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with facility activity and the nature of incidents. Typical volume is between zero and ten messages per recipient per day. Frequency is not fixed and may fluctuate.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Anthuria does not charge recipients for these messages. Standard rates from your mobile carrier apply based on your service plan.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further SMS messages from this program. Once opted out, you will no longer receive messages unless you ask to re-enroll through your facility administrator.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email support@anthuria.ai.
Carriers and delivery
Supported on major US mobile carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Phone numbers and message-delivery metadata are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Message content is limited to the operational context needed for staff to respond to an incident at their own facility.
